We’re relaunching our face-to-face services!

An exciting announcement!

Now that restrictions are starting to ease, we are excited to announce that we will be relaunching our face-to-face services!

Over the coming weeks, we will be sending out invitations to our Kookaburra Kids families and volunteers for our return to services from August this year!

We appreciate your patience

Please be mindful that some policies and procedures have been updated in line with current advice and our program will be different from our usual operations until this advice changes.

As we begin our journey back to our normal operations, we request you understand there will be a limited number of spots on our activities for everyone’s safety.

Some changes for your safety

Information for families regarding updated procedures and requirements as we recommence face-to-face programs is provided below.

Overall, it will be a staged return and the restrictions will vary region by region, depending on government instructions.

Group sizes will be reduced, physical distancing may occur on programs and new procedures for pick-up/drop-off, handwashing and surface cleaning will be introduced to ensure hygiene and safety at all times.

We will also be hosting training sessions, set per region, that will teach volunteers all the new, important instructions around safety and hygiene procedures.

We’re excited to see you soon!

We are looking forward to seeing all your smiling faces again. Rest assured we will continue doing whatever we can to ensure all face-to-face activities and interactions are done in a safe environment.

Team Kookaburra Kids.

Just in case you missed it…
