In this session, young people explore what makes a healthy friendship. Through fun activities and discussion, participants will learn about trust, kindness, communication, and how to build positive connections with others.
Bupa Connect is the online component of Kookaburra Kids Regenerate program. Each session has a focus on mental health and wellbeing through natural connection and reflection. Activities will encourage young people to consider how the environment around them impacts emotions, stress and resilience, helping them build healthy coping strategies through nature-based learning.
All young people must be referred to Kookaburra Kids to be eligible to participate in programs.
