Our first Bupa Connect session for 2026 is all about helping young people feel welcome, safe and part of the group. Together we will get to know each other, learn about the program, and begin building the trust and friendships that make Connect a supportive place to share, learn and grow.
Bupa Connect is the online component of Kookaburra Kids Regenerate program. Each session has a focus on mental health and wellbeing through natural connection and reflection. Activities will encourage young people to consider how the environment around them impacts emotions, stress and resilience, helping them build healthy coping strategies through nature-based learning.
All young people must be referred to Kookaburra Kids to be eligible to participate in programs.

Once registered as a Kookaburra Kid (via the referral form on our website), participants can select and register for events through our online booking system.
