From Research to Real Impact
Important conversations continue to shape the future of preventative mental health. Recently, our Head of Clinical Services, Inkah Fischer, presented research from our Regenerate program at the Preventative Mental Health Conference in Sydney.
Delivered in partnership with the Bupa Foundation, the research highlights the impact of early intervention and nature-based support for young people impacted by family mental illness.
Key outcomes include:
- Reduced stress for young people attending Regenerate camps
- Improved focus and attention during nature-based activity days
- More than 90% of participants expressing a desire to return
These results reinforce that our programs are not only engaging, but grounded in evidence, supporting young people to build resilience, strengthen their mental health literacy and thrive.
