SET A TARGET AND STAY ON TRACK TO REACH YOUR GOAL
We challenge you to participate in one of the following ways:
Take the #Skip4Kids Challenge
Being physically active can have a positive impact on your mental health. The Skip4Kids challenge is a fun way to keep fit and raise funds for resilience-building programs that empower Australian kids living in families impacted by mental illness. Join the Skip4Kids Challenge by skipping for 4 minutes each day during October and raise funds to support Kookaburra Kids! Don’t forget to use our hashtag #Skip4Kids when you’re posting on social media so we can create an awesome online community of passionate skippers!
Skip into a Healthy habit
Can’t skip? No problem – Skip into a healthy habit you can do daily during Mental Health Month. Consider increasing water intake, reduce screen time, practise mindfulness etc, what ever you choose there is always room for improvement when it comes to healthy habits!
School Skip-Off Challenge
Rally your students, teachers, parents and staff for the Australian Kookaburra Kids Foundation Skip4Kids challenge.
