Manager – Volunteer Programs (0.8 FTE) – 2 roles – VIC and WA
Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, we are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about volunteering, who will actively manage and grow AKKF’s volunteer program across our regions as well as AKKF’s virtual volunteer program.
In this part time role (4 days per week) your responsibilities will include, day-to-day management of the volunteer program within your regions, the promotion of our volunteer program, sourcing strategies, 360 degree recruitment, training, scheduling, and volunteer engagement. This role has a clear focus on enhancing and increasing our volunteer capacity to support program delivery and organisational services.
We have two available positions in our Programs Team; one based in Brisbane, one based in Melbourne.

PROGRAM COORDINATORS (1.0FTE) – 2 ROLES – QLD AND VIC
If you enjoy working with young people in this sector, then this role is for you. Reporting to the Head of Operations and working across our full program offering, this full-time role is responsible for the coordination and delivery of allocated programs (face-to-face and virtual) to our young people and families. Responsibilities include pre-program site inspections, pre-program debriefs, program logistics, program safety and first aid, on program coordination and engagement of our volunteers, program administration and reporting.
We have two available positions in our Programs Team; one based in Brisbane, one based in Melbourne.

Administration Coordinators (0.8FTE)
